David from Prima Plumbing did an excellent job! He was professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. Even though it was already dark, he stayed and got the job done.

David came back to check up and follow up afterwards to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the service. That level of care is hard to find.

David attended the property and was absolutely fantastic. I was quite stressed about the situation, but he was incredibly reassuring, took the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely helped calm me down. He was understanding of my circumstances and worked with me to find a solution that was fair and affordable.

From the moment he arrived, David’s professionalism, reassurance and friendly approach not only made my family feel at ease, but also gave my mum real confidence and peace of mind in her own home. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it efficiently, and explained in simple terms what had happened and how to avoid it in the future.
